As a sales reps you will either receive an email that notifies you that you have been added as a sales rep by a brand or merchant or if you selected "Sales Rep" on the sign-up then you will also receive an onboarding email.. You will be instructed to download the Outfit Retailer App and complete your profile.
The onboarding process will take less than 5 minutes to build your profile and will require the following:
- Sales rep will download and open the retailer app on their device.
- Sign in using the account credentials that you received in the invite email
- Finalize your account by making sure your first name and last name are correct
- Add your phone number if it is not there or check to make sure what is there is correct
- Add your city
- Add a new password of your liking
Once the account is created and confirmed you will be lead through the profile creation.
- Add your bio
- Add you social media
- Add your headshot (can either upload one from your device or take a new one)
- Add 4 more gallery photos of your liking (not required)
- Your profile is now ready.
If you skipped any of the steps it will show in your home page in the app.
It is now time to add your availability.
NOTE: The sales reps can always edit their profile in the Retailer App by clicking "Profile" and then "Profile" again and then the "Pencil Icon" in the top corner.
