Inside each merchant or brand are its sales reps and even though this is an online tool, your sales reps are essential if you are focused on humanizing the e-commerce experience.
Outfit was designed to empower the sales reps and we do this in a variety of ways. We provide each sales rep with a completely customizable booking page that is nested in the merchant booking page.
As you go through the onboarding process you will have the opportunity to add sales reps. If you missed this step or exited the onboarding page you can add sales reps in your Retailer Portal.
From the Onboarding Sequence:
- Click "Add Sales Reps" button
- Add their details
- Click Send
- If you want to add another click "Add Another Rep" and repeat the process.
Once you add their details and click send they will receive an email from you saying you have added them as a "Sales Rep" or whatever terminology you selected during on-boarding. They will also be instructed to download the Outfit Retailer App to complete their profile. It is within this app that your sales reps will build and edit their profile, schedule appointments and perform their video calls.
Inside the Retailer Portal:
Adding sales reps to your team is super easy inside the retailer portal.
- Login to your Retailer Portal
- On the left sidebar menu select the top option (this will be titled whatever you called your Sales Reps in the onboarding)
- Click the blue button "Add Sales Rep" (or whatever you called your Sales Reps in the onboarding)
- Add in their First Name
- Add in their Last Name
- Add in their Email
- Click "Submit" button.
NOTE: You are able to completely fill out the sales rep page if you want as you are the primary admin but it is NOT necessary to do so as the sales rep will be guided through an in-app onboarding experience. It is also within this page that you are able to give each sales rep unique permissions such as becoming an admin.
